The deputy director of administration, was by this requested to account properly in writing, the sum of N2,200,000 and forward to me evidence of payments to the said security personnel for each month containing their names, their stations, addressed, phone numbers, amount paid to each person stated against their names as well as the acknowledgement by the recipients of the money for confirmation. Otherwise she should refund the above sum to the corporation and furnish me with the documentary evidence of such refund for verification.
