It was observed that a total of four (4) payment vouchers in respect of overhead costs account amounting to N463,000.00 paid for various services appears skeletal in nature, devoid of the relevant particulars/supporting documents and evidences which is contrary to the requirements of the financial regulations 703, 707, 711 and 716 respectively.
