It is recommended by the Auditor General for the Federation that the management of Commission should explain why the mobilization bond clause was not enforced to recovered the unutilized mobilization of N200,000,000.00. The status position of the mobilization bond payment should be forwarded to the Office of the Auditor General for the Federation.
