It is recommended by the Auditor General for the Federation that:
(i) Desilting of the drains gutter is needed for the blockage of the drains that is causing over flow of water to the road to be thorough.
(ii) The total sum of N79,126,100.00 paid for works not done/executed should be recovered from the contractor failing which the amount should be recovered from the Director PMS and the State Director together with all the other officers that signed the valuation and the interim payment certificate for this contractor to be paid.
Evidence of the recovery should be forwarded to my office for verification.
