A total sum of N20, 000,000 was paid to the managing director, Eloee-Nomchy & Associate Nig. Vide three payment vouchers on 30th June, 2016 appears to have been diverted and following anolalies were observed. • No contractual document attached,
• No number on the payment vouchers,
• Receipt was not acknowledged by the recipient,
• Not posted in the cash book and
• No retirement document attached to the vouchers.
