Context/Observation

It is recommended by the Auditor General for the Federation that:
i. Management should explain the duplications of these contracts.
ii. The sum of N119,513,054.12 should be recovered from the first contractor (AMBom Ltd) for payment for work not done failing which this money should be recovered from those engineers that sign the certificate.
iii. The sum of N27,861,374.83 should be recovered from second contractor (M/s Eneiu Maggreti Ltd) for work not done failing which the amount should be recovered from Director of project monitoring who issued certificate for work not done.
