It is recommended by the Auditor General for the Federation that the total sum of N48,317,600.00 paid for duplications and other associated works not done as specified in the report should be recovered from the contractor in the first instance, failing which the Director/PMS and all officers that approved the interim payment certificate for works not done should be made to refund same to the Commission’s cofers. Evidence of the recovery should be submitted to the Office of the Auditor General for the Federation for verification.
