Context/Observation

It is recommended by the Auditor General for the Federation that the sum of N58,018,708,02 paid for the 29 Nos. solar powered street light not provided, installed and seen physically should be recovered from the contractor failing which the MD/CEO of NDDC, ED/Projects, Dir/PMS together with all the officers that signed the evaluation form and interim certificate of payment for this contractor should be made to refund same.
Evidence of the recovery should be forwarded to Office of the Auditor General for the Federation for verification.
