It is recommended by the Auditor General for the Federation that the sum of N37,991,928.80 paid for the 19 Nos. Solar Power Street Light not supply and not seen physically by the audit team should be recovered from the contractor failing which the officers that signed the job completion valuation certificate should be made to account for the same.
Evidence of the recovery should be forwarded to the Office of the Auditor General for the Federation for verification.
