1. A physical verification of the project indicated that out of 95 (Ninety-five) crates or cartons meant to be supplied in Niger State, the contractor supplied only 10 (ten) and it was equally observed that this happened in some other states, though to varying degrees.

2. Also observed was that the plantation was not established, rather the plants were found dried/dead by the road side instead of the designated sites in all the states visited.
