Audit observed that the Bank of Agriculture Limited is without a constituted Board after the dissolution of the last Board in 2015.
The Managing Director is requested to:
i. Furnish evidence of engagement with the Federal Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development (FMA&RD) for the constitution of Governing Board of the Bank of Agriculture Ltd to the Public Accounts Committees of the National Assembly; and
ii. Otherwise, apply sanction relating to gross misconduct in paragraph 3129 of the Financial Regulations.
