Context/Observation

It is recommended by the Auditor General for the Federation that the sum of N39,422,723.80 paid for the 21 Nos. solar powered street light not supply and installed should be recovered from the contractor otherwise, the State Director, the State Engineers together with the Director PMS at NDDC HQS that signed the valuation and interim payment certificate should be made to refund the same back to the coffers of the Commission.
Evidence of recovery should be forwarded to the Office of the Auditor General for the Federation for verification.
