It is recommended by the Auditor-General for the Federation that the sum of N64,907,250.00 being the sum of full contract sum and the duplicated mobilization paid should be recovered from the contractor (Messrs Osmoserve Global Ltd) in the first instance, failing which the MD/CEO and Director PMS should refund same. Also, the contract file and the payment status of the project should be forwarded to the Office of the Auditor General for the Federation for verification.
