It is recommended as follows:
(i) The sum of N35,417,220.00 should be deducted from the next certificate of this contractor (if there will be) otherwise the engineers and the Director of PMS
should be held responsible in case the job is eventually abandon which is a common thing in the system.
(ii) The Director of PMS should also explain why he issued wrong and misleding valuation certificate for this contract.
