Context/Observation

A team of state auditors visited the school for commencement of routine audit inspection of books and records maintained in the school as statutorily contained in section 125 of 1999 constitution as amended but the principal and bursar vehemently refused the Auditors access to books and records of accounts despite repeated request. Audit strongly suspects that fees and other collections from students are not lodges into government coffers nor properly accounted for.
