The principals and bursars for the period under review did not produce payment vouchers and cash books used in the recording of incomes and expenditures for various subheads. Audit suspects that fees collected were pocketed without the required proper recording and accounting for them.
The post primary schools service commission were directed to compel the principals and bursars to write up the books and present them for audit.
