It was observed that some payments vouchers amounting to N1,889,500 were not provided for audit. Audit saw this as an affront and flagrant disregard of section 125 (2) of the constitution of Federal Republic of Nigeria, as amended.
The management was requested to forward the above payment vouchers with their accompanying documents to the Auditor-General without any more delay for further audit exercise.
