Following the execution of the Procurement of office furniture, equipment and interior decoration executed by general administration department, ado-ekiti for ekiti state liaison office, lagos which was awarded on the 6th October, 2020 at a cost of ₦99,995,135.13, in favour of the vendor ACE ROSTAL VENTURES LIMITED, as detailed below:

Total cost of curtain, curtain lining and day blind: N35,411,351.35
Total cost of office furniture and equipment:N64,583,783.78

COMMENTS:
The review of the Bill and physical assessment of items supplied revealed that; out of the total Office equipment worth ₦64,583,783.78, Office equipment worth ₦21,200,000 were not available for confirmation. A further evaluation revealed that some items on the Bill were converted to other items not bided for without necessary approvals in contravention of provisions of section 31(4,7 & 8) of Ekiti State Public Procurement Law No.4,2020.
