The sums of N1,189,129.73, N29,729.73 and N329,700 were tax deductions for withholding tax, value Added tax and state development tax respectively yet to be remitted to the appropriate tax authorities during the period covered by the audit exercise.
The management was therefore requested to remit without further delay the sum of N1,189,129.73, N29,729.73 and N329,700 totalling N1,548,559.46 to the FIRS and the state internal revenue service as failure to do so will attract severe sanctions.
