Five (5) payment vouchers amounting N38,943,102.00 paid for various projects and programmes were not attached with relevant particulars to validate the transactions or otherwise.
Lack of relevant supporting particulars/documents attached to payment vouchers made it difficult for audit to ascertain the validity of the transactions. Therefore, officials responsible are required to provide the supporting particulars for further examinations. Furthermore, projects specifications and design including service delivery could not be ascertained, as part of determination the value for money audit.
