Loss of fund amounting to N7,784,961.09 involving Mrs. C.K. Akinleye (Cashier) was discovered and reported. The Inspection and separate loss reports in these regards have been issued by the Office of the State Auditor-General. The Inspection Report reference number EK/DC&GA/CMS/4/19 of 20th September, 2015 refers.
All necessary steps must be taken by the Management of the Central Medical Store for full recovery of the loss. And more importantly, the Internal Control should be tightened by Management to forestall future occurrence
