Context/Observation

The principal and bursar of the school did not produce evidence of lodgments of equipment fees for 2016/2017, 2017/2018 and 1st term 2018/2019 totaling N347,100.00 and tuition fees for 2016/2017 session totaling N522,000.00 despite repeated request for the documents. Audit suspects that fees collected were not lodged into appropriate government coffer. This observation was brought to the attention of the principal and bursar and they couldn’t give any acceptable explanation.
