i.Twelve (12) payments totalling N9,022,900.00 were made in violation of e-payment policy
ii.There was no evidence to show that he above payments got to the rightful beneficiaries.
The Acting Executive Director is requested to:
I.Provide reasons for making payment in violation of the e-payment policy.
II.Account for the sum of N9,022,900.00
III.Recover the same amount and remit to the treasury.
IV.Also, forward evidence of remittance to the Public Accounts Committees of the National Assembly.
V.Otherwise, apply sanctions relating to e-payment violations specified in paragraphs 3127 and 3128 of the Financial Regulations.
