It is recommended as follows:-
(i) Based on the shortfall observed, It is recommended by the Auditor General for the Federation that the sum of N13,374,212.50k (N6,044,400:00 + N7,329,812.50) which represent the total work not done but paid for should be recovered from the contractor, failing which the amount should be recovered from the Director PMS for false valuation certificate.
(ii) The failed possion of the road should be corrected by the contractor, otherwise he should be blacklisted.
Evidence of the recovery should be forwarded to the Auditor General for the Federation for verification.
