Audit observed, from examination of the College’s store accounting records that 37 (Thirty-seven) payments totalling ₦59,870,168.75 were made to purchase various store items. However, we could not trace the amount to the College’s store records, as there were no documents to show that the items were taken on store charge
The Provost is required to give full account of the sum of ₦59,870,168.75,failing which sanctions stated in FR 3129 should apply.
