Audit observed that fifteen (15) payment vouchers in the sum of N1,120,400.00 were raised in favour of some officers of the College as DTA based on stale approvals, without revalidation. Approvals were made between 2013 and 2016, while payments were effected between 2017 and 2019.
The Provost is required to account for the sum of ₦1,120,400.00. Sanction in line with FR 3106 should apply.
