I.Advanced Manufacturing Technology Programme, Jalingo has not forwarded audited stand-alone financial statements and management report of the Service from its inception in 2016 to 2018 to the Auditor-General for the Federation.
II. No comments of Auditor-General for the Federation have been forwarded to the National Assembly since 2016 due to non submission of audited financial statements.
The Managing Director is required to:
I.Provide reasons why audited financial statements were not forwarded to the Auditor-General for the Federation since 2016.
II.Produce the Audited Financial Statements for 2016 to 2021 and the corresponding Management Letters/Reports as required by extant regulations.
III.Forward evidence of compliance to the Public Accounts Committees of the National Assembly.
IV.Otherwise, sanctions relating to gross misconduct specified in paragraph 3129 of the Financial Regulations will be enforced.
