Audit observed that 10 capital expenditure payment vouchers amounting to
₦10,642,175.00 were not posted into the cashbook, contrary to the above regulation. The vouchers were raised between January and September 2017, part of which were in respect of DTAs,production and presentation of 2017 annual flood outlook, maintenance, etc.
The Director General is required to ensure that the appropriate posting is done. Otherwise Financial Regulation 3129, shall apply
