i. The sum of N5,965,250.00 (Five million, nine hundred and sixty-five thousand,two hundred and fifty naira) was paid for activities related to the supervising Ministry, Federal Ministry of Transportation,
ii. There was no evidence to show exemption or waiver was granted before the above payment was made.
1.Furnish reasons why activities of the supervising Ministry were paid for by the Agency.
2.Recover the sum of N5,965,250.00 (Five million, nine hundred and sixty-five thousand, two hundred and fifty naira) from the beneficiaries and remit same to the Treasury.
3.Forward evidence of remittance to the Public Accounts Committees of the National Assembly,
4.Otherwise, apply sanctions relating to irregular payment stated in paragraph 3106 of the Financial Regulations
