Context/Observation

It is recommended by the Auditor General for the Federation that the total sum of N1,246,000.00 paid for ten concrete poles and their associated accessories not needed and used due to direct dropping of the transformer because of the existence of ready-made poles should be recovered from the contractor failing which the amount should be recovered from the Director of PMS whose directorate was responsible for the raising and payment of valuation certificate. Evidence of the recovery should be forwarded to the office of the Auditor General for the Federation for verification.
