1.The sum of N7,203,296.00 (Seven million, two hundred and three thousand, two hundred and ninety-six naira) was paid to three (3) staff of the Agency to attend international trainings, conference and steering committee meeting outside the country, between 22nd October and 16th November, 2018.
2.The above payment was affected through four (4) payment vouchers, and
3.There was no evidence to show approvals were obtained from the Head of the Civil Service of the Federation before payments were made as required by extant regulations.
