It is recommended as follows:
i. The following staff of the organization should be queried to express themselves on the true conduct of the job. Mr. Kaltungo Molieeygo should explain his role in respect of the contract.
ii. Management should contact FERMA to give their views on the project.
iii. The total sum of N202,891,069.50 paid to the contractor should be recovered, failing which the amount should be recovered from the Director of PMS who issued certificate for the payment. Evidence of recovery should be forwarded to my office.
