I.A Toyota Prado Jeep with Chasis No. JTG3X9FJ6A5004A34 purchased in 2010 at the cost of N21,600,000.00 was taken away by the former Council Chairman for use on a permanent basis.
II.All efforts to retrieve the vehicle by the management proved abortive.
The Provost is requested to:
i.Furnish reasons why the former Council Chairman went away with government vehicle.
ii.Recover the vehicle from the former Council Chairman and provide evidence of recovery to the Public Accounts Committees of the National Assembly.
iii.Otherwise, apply sanctions relating to non-payment for the use of government property stated in paragraph 3113 of the Financial Regulation
