It is recommended by the Auditor General for the Federation that:
(i) The sum of N6,255,551.75 each totaling N12,511,103.50 paid to the two other contractors as mobilization advance on duplicated contract award not yet done should be recovered from them failing which the MD/CEO of NDDC and the ED/Projects should refund same. Evidence of the recovery should be
forwarded to the Office of the Auditor General for the Federation for verification.
(ii) The circumstances that led to this duplication of award should be forwarded to the Office of the Auditor General for the Federation for verification.
