It is recommended by the Auditor General for the Federation that the sum of N132,118,875.00 paid for 2649 Nos. dual school desks (2 in 1) not supplied should be recovered from the contractor failing which the MD/CEO of the NDDC, ED Projects, Director PMS and all the officers that certified the job completed for payment to be made should be held responsible. Evidence of the recovery of this money should be forwarded to the OAuGF for verification.
The faulty desks should be replaced. Evidence of replacement should be forwarded to the OAuGF.
