It is recommended by the Auditor General for the Federation that:
(i) The penalty clause in the contract agreement should be invoked. Outcome should be communicated to Office of the Auditor General for the Federation for verification.
(ii) The unrecovered mobilization N39,908,361.00 (N190,250,072.85-N150,341,711.85) in the hand of this contractor should be recovered failing which the Director of Legal Service who failed to take erformance bond from this contractor at point of contract award should be held responsible.
Evidence of the recovery should be forwarded to Office of the Auditor General for the Federation for verification.
