It is recommended by the Auditor General for the Federation that:
(i) The sum of N49,843,780.41 paid for works not done should be recovered from the contractor, failing which the same should be recovered from the supervising consultant and the NDDC Director of PMS that certified the job for payment. Evidence of the recovery should be forwarded to the Office of the Auditor General for the Federation for verification.
(ii) Urgent steps should be taken by the Commission to fix the road again where it
has failed completely and cut off by erosion to enable easy movement on the
road from Odi town to Trofani Community.
