It is recommended by the Auditor General for the Federation that the total sum of N41,539,250.00 paid for works not executed / done should be recovered from the contractor failing which the MD/CEO, the ED/Projects, Dir/PMS
together with all the officers that signed the job valuation and interim payment certificates for this contractor to be paid should be made to refund the money.
Evidence of the recovery should be forwarded to the Office of the Auditor General for the Federation for verification
