It is recommended by the Auditor General for the Federation that:
i. The contractor should be compelled to go back to site otherwise he should be made to refund the unrecovered outstanding mobilization of N22,241,100.00 paid.
i. The Director Legal Service should explain why he allowed mobilization to expire without renewal.
Evidence of the recovery should be forwarded to the office of the Auditor General for the Federation for verification.
