I.Seventeen (17) cash advances totalling N26,694,825.00 granted to officers of the University between April and December, 2017 for convocation ceremony remained unretired as at the time of audit in April, 2020.
II.Fifteen (15) of the advances totalling N26,488,826.00 were in were in excess of the approved threshold of N200,000.00 as required by extant treasury circular.
III.Government had been deprived of legitimate revenue amounting to N2,648,882.60 that would have accrued by way of Value Added Tax and Withholding tax, and
