1. The sum of N30,369,151.00 (Thirty million, three hundred and sixty-nine thousand, one hundred and fifty-one Naira) was paid in 2018 for contracts in respect of procurements and works in the Centre, and
2. The amount of the contract was above the approval threshold of the Tender’s Board.
i. Furnish reasons why contracts were awarded above the approval threshold.
ii. Account for the payment of N30,369,151.00 (Thirty million, three hundred and sixty-nine thousand, one hundred and fifty-one Naira) for contracts that wereabove his approval threshold.
iii. Recover and remit to the Treasury, the sum of N30,369,151.00
iv. Forward evidence of remittance to the Public Accounts Committees of the National Assembly, and
v. Otherwise, apply sanctions relating to irregular award of contract and poor cashmanagement stated in paragraphs 3117 and 3115 of the Financial Regulations,respectively.
