Audit observed that the sum of N13,293,500.00 was paid as sitting allowance for emergency meetings of the Governing Council for only one day through 4 payment vouchers, in contravention of the above circular.
The Vice Chancellor is required to recover the sum of N13,293,500.00 or be sanctioned in line with FR 3106.
