On payment voucher No. 27 of July, 2020, HOD, Art and Culture received the sum of two million naira (N2,000,000) only for Anambra State participation in the 12th edition of the International Arts and Crafts Expo help between 20th and 24th November, 2020 at Abuja. By the approved memo, MDCT/DAC/5/1/129 of 12th September 2020, the sum of four million naira (N4,000,000) only was approved and every state participants must pay a registration fee. From inquiries the sum of two million naira (N2,000,000) had earlier been paid. There were no retirement attached to the payment voucher.
The permanent secretary was requested to obtain and forward to me the retirement for the sum two million (N2,000,000) only she received for the participation of Anambra State in the International Arts and Craft Expo. For her retirement to be valid, it must include the receipt for registration fee and details of out-of-station allowances for the officers that attended.
