Audit examinations revealed that a Sum of Five Hundred and Thirty-Nine Thousand, Eight Hundred and Fifty Naira (N539,850.00) only incurred on various expenditure were not supported with proper documents such as Receipts, Invoice and Details of Expenditure.
This practice contravenes the Provisions of Section 10004 of Financial Administration.
The attention of the Director of Finance and Accounts is hereby drawn to the above stated Provisions for strict compliance.
