Audit examination observed 5 (five) unappropriate expenditures including doubtful expenditures, expenditures without supporting record documents and unreceipted expenditures by the ministry of budget and economic planning which amounts to N44,402,000.
The Permanent Secretary should ensure the accounting officer provide all necessary explanation for the expenditure or recover the said amount to the state government treasury.
