Seven (7) payment vouchers amounting to N52,656,661.75 in the name of various officials/beneficiaries were not attached and covered with relevant supporting particulars/evidences contrary to the requirements of the financial regulations rules 703, 707, 711 and 716 respectively.
Lack of relevant supporting particulars/documents attached to payment vouchers made it difficult for audit to ascertain the validity of the transactions. Therefore, officials concerned are required to provide the supporting particulars for further examinations.
