1. The Centre generated a total of N24,736,430.00 (Twenty-four million, seven hundred and thirty-six thousand, four hundred and thirty naira) in 2018 from hospital services rendered during the year.
2. The amount, which comprised of Consultation fee, Hospital cards, Ante-Natal Care, Birth and Death Certificates ought to have been included as part of the nonrevolving fund, from which the sum of N6,184,107.50 (Six million, one hundred and eighty-four thousand, one hundred- and seven-naira, fifty kobo) should have been remitted to treasury, being Federal Government’s 25% share,
3. The amount was however categorized under revolving fund, and as a result, the Federal Government was deprived of the sum of N6,184,107.50 (Six million, one hundred and eighty-four thousand, one hundred- and seven-naira, fifty kobo), being its 25% share.
1.Furnish reasons why 25% of IGR was not remitted to the Treasury as required by extant regulations
2. Remit the sum of N6,184,107.50 (Six million, one hundred and eighty-four thousand, one hundred- and seven-naira, fifty kobo) plus all accrued interest to Treasury.
3. Forward evidence of remittance to the Public Accounts Committees of the National Assembly,
4. Otherwise, apply sanctions relating to failure to collect and account for Government Revenue stated in paragraph 3112 of the Financial Regulations
