I.The Council expended the sum of N109,356,616.59 from its Internally Generated Revenue (IGR) for the period January, 2018 to 31 December, 2019.
II.There was no evidence of appropriation for spending out of IGR.
The Registrar is requested to:
I.Furnish reasons for spending out of internally generated revenue.
II.Remit the sum of N109,356,616.59 being the amount of unauthorized expenditure from IGR into CRF.
III.Forward evidence of remittance to the Public Accounts Committees of the National Assembly.
IV.Otherwise, sanctions relating to failure to collect and account for Government Revenue specified in paragraph 3112 of the Financial Regulations will be applied
