Audit observed, from the examination of the Bank’s Statement of Account No. 1750017473
with Skye Bank Plc, that a sum of N1,000,000,000.00 was transferred from the account in October 2015 to an unknown destination. All efforts made to obtain an explanation for the transaction proved abortive.
The Managing Director is required to account for the sum N1,000,000,000.00, otherwise, sanctions stated in FR 3115 should apply.
