It is recommended by the Auditor General for the Federation that the total sum of N80,643,382.50 paid for 43 Nos. Solar Powered Street Light with NDDC Colours not done/put in place should be recovered from the contractor, failing which the amount should be recovered from the Executive Director PMS and the Dir/PMS whose Directorate was responsible for the preparation and signing of the valuation forms & interim payment certificate and other documents for this contractor to be paid.
Evidence of the recovery should be forwarded to the Office of the Auditor General for the Federation for verification.
